From Ignorance to Insight in 20 Years

April 23, 2015 and April 24, 2015

Mark Peters entertains audiences with the almost too-incredible-to-believe story of growing up in a family business where he learned about how to (and how not to) run a family business. Mark also wrestles with what it will take to attract and retain the best talent in the 21st Century. In a day and age where skills change rapidly and lifetime employment with one company is virtually unheard of, are we doing enough as a business community and a society to equip today’s workers for the future? Mark speaks about these problems and advocates for strategic solutions to this talent development issue. His unique insights and outside-the-box solutions will challenge your current assumptions, and his cautionary tale contains actionable lessons for us all.
