Sustainability at Butterball® Farms

Through people-focused action, planet-minded responsibility, and ethical partnerships, we can Enrich Lives in meaningful, lasting ways.

Sustainability at Butterball® Farms is more than a trend—it’s a key ingredient in who we are. It’s infused into every decision we make, from the way we support our team members to how we source ingredients and minimize waste. Our commitment to sustainability is guided by our mission to Enrich Lives—for our customers, our employees, our communities, and the world we share.

Our sustainability efforts are divided into three areas of focus: human, environmental, and economic sustainability.

Human Sustainability

We believe that enriching lives starts with supporting people. Our approach to human sustainability includes programs and practices that create opportunity, promote growth, and build stronger communities.
